There is some issue with the mediafire link for the file "S4Nexus-Toddler-Headband01(FIXED).package". The link "http://download1473.mediafire.com/ts69jvah1nkg/govbrx2uag561pv/ADV_Mabra_s4todfHeadbandSet01.rar" seems to be broken.
I tried the following link with success : http://download1494.mediafire.com/ts69jvah1nkg/govbrx2uag561pv/ADV_Mabra_s4todfHeadbandSet01.rar. (I just swapped the url subdomain 'download1473' for 'download1494').
